1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Trolley Games and our game rental services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
2. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or booking a rental
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Game Rental Process
- Browse and select games for your event
- Submit your booking request with event details
- Receive confirmation and payment instructions
- Games are delivered and picked up as scheduled
4. Payments & Cancellations
- All payments must be made in full before the event date
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event may be eligible for a refund (minus processing fees)
- No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the event
5. Prohibited Activities
- Misuse, damage, or unauthorized modification of rented games or equipment
- Illegal, abusive, or unsafe behavior during events
- Resale or sub-rental of games without permission
6. Limitation of Liability
Trolley Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
